Responsibilities:
  • Spearheading the sales of petrochemical products, including Basic polymers, through effective contract negotiations and spot deals.
  • Conducting in-depth market analysis and delivering insightful reports to the product manager.
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing team to generate leads, prospect potential clients, and assess new sales opportunities.
  • Cultivating relationships and sales to both existing and prospective direct accounts, while also offering sales support to their distribution partners
  • Staying well-informed about customer requirements and the latest market trends.
  • Establishing and maintaining robust client relationships through regular visits, comprehensive understanding of their needs, and identification of new marketing avenues.
  • Diligently tracking sales activities and maintaining up-to-date account information in the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience.
  • Profound comprehension of the petrochemical industry.
  • Expertise in logistics, encompassing Incoterms, hazardous materials handling, transport logistics, international regulations, and bulk transport.
  • Proficiency in both Turkish and English languages.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset, a strong customer-centric approach, precision in work, and a knack for analytical thinking.
  • Proficient knowledge of CRM systems or equivalent software.
