As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in fostering relationships with new and existing petrochemical clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal departments to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong connections with petrochemical clients
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve revenue goals
- Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing complaints and inquiries
- Collaborate with internal departments for seamless order processing and delivery
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market change.
- Prepare regular sales reports and predictions
Requirements:
- Experience; 3-5 years in sales, preferably in petrochemical or plastics industries.
- Availability: Ability to work extended hours and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills; Excellent English written and verbal communication.
- Work Approach; highly disciplined and detail oriented.
- Trainability Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt.
- Problem-Solving, Familiarity with common industry issues, including cargo delays and quality problems.
- Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
