    We’re looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with a builder’s mindset—someone who enjoys shaping personalized digital experiences through advanced customizations and seamless integrations. In this role, you won’t just deploy existing modules—you’ll engineer new pathways for how banks communicate with their clients in real-time, secure, and intelligent ways.

    You’ll collaborate with a forward-thinking CRM team, apply advanced scripting techniques, and push the boundaries of what SFMC can do—all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work and the support of a team that values quality over quantity.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Build tailor-made journeys and solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, optimizing engagement at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
    • Develop using SSJS, SFMC APIs, and custom components to deliver features that go far beyond default capabilities.
    • Integrate feedback views and campaign metrics directly into your workflows for real-time impact tracking.
    • Work cross-functionally with marketing, technology, and data teams to bring CRM strategies to life.
    • Write clear, scalable, and secure code, with a focus on performance, quality, and maintainability.
    • Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate SFMC delivery.

    Technologies You’ll Use

    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
    • Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and AMPscript
    • SFMC REST and SOAP APIs
    • JavaScript / Node.js
    • Angular (desirable)
    • SQL and NoSQL databases
    • CI/CD and DevOps tools (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.)

    What We’re Looking For

    • Several years of hands-on SFMC development experience, especially in custom, scalable implementations.
    • Strong programming background (especially JavaScript) with the ability to think like a software engineer.
    • Experience developing or integrating custom activities in Journey Builder is a plus.
    • Background in roles such as Programmer Analyst, CRM Engineer, or Technical Marketer.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, independence, and accountability in remote environments.
    • Passion for transforming complex business needs into streamlined technical solutions.
