About the Role

In this role, you won't just be maintaining code; you’ll be architecting solutions that connect millions of people. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our CRM ecosystem, streamlining complex telecom workflows, and building scalable features that directly impact our growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Design & Develop: Build high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Integrate: Connect Salesforce with complex internal and external telecom systems (OSS/BSS, billing gateways, APIs).
  • Optimize: Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring maximum performance, security, and stability.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams in an agile environment to translate business needs into technical reality.

What We’re Looking For

  • The Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally with some exposure to high-volume industries like Telecommunications.
  • The Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Apex, LWC, Triggers, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs/Integrations.
  • The Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, well-documented code.
  • Language: Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken). [Add any local language requirements if applicable].
  • Certifications (Bonus): Salesforce Platform Developer I or II is highly preferred.
