About the Role
Are you a QA engineer who thrives on precision and proactive collaboration?
We’re looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer who can bridge the gap between quality assurance and agile delivery. In this role, you won’t just be running tests—you’ll be shaping them. You’ll collaborate with developers, product owners, and testers to define robust quality strategies, ensure visibility of deliverables, and uphold high standards throughout every sprint.
With a strong mix of manual and automated testing, you'll play a pivotal role in validating the functionality and stability of Salesforce platforms in a high-impact environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and review test strategies aligned with the Agile Testing Quadrants and Testing Pyramid.
- Collaborate with development teams to define and implement multi-layered test suites (unit, contract, UI, performance, accessibility, etc.).
- Lead manual test execution with a target coverage of 95% while supporting automation where appropriate.
- Participate in code and test case reviews to ensure early-stage quality alignment.
- Conduct QA sprint demos, gather feedback, and ensure transparency of results at the end of each iteration.
- Enhance continuous integration pipelines with test automation contributions and QA gates.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven QA experience with strong Salesforce platform exposure.
- Hands-on testing expertise across both manual and automated test execution.
- Comfort with collaborative Agile environments, test-driven approaches, and iteration-based validation.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading QA-focused sprint demos.
- Ability to adapt to hybrid working environments with occasional on-site presence.
