We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong expertise in STIBO STEP to design and implement scalable MDM/PIM solutions. This role requires a mix of technical leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, customize, and optimize STEP modules (workflows, rules, WebUI, attributes, reporting).
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor and support junior developers, enforce coding standards, and review code quality.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and version control using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Collaborate with product owners, solution architects, and business stakeholders to align delivery with priorities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the STEP environment.
- Stay current with MDM/PIM trends and promote continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with STIBO STEP (configuration, customization, development).
- Proven success in leading MDM/PIM projects, ideally across shared/core/custom namespaces.
- Strong knowledge of workflows, variant management, data modeling, and JavaScript for business rules.
- Familiarity with integration landscapes (e.g., PLM, ERP) and data governance best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Professional fluency in English.
- STIBO Systems certification is highly preferred.
