We are looking for a Senior FPGA Team Lead to join an innovative, international, and technology-driven company operating at the forefront of the telecommunications industry.

You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, driving critical decisions and collaborating with highly skilled multidisciplinary teams to develop advanced, high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex FPGA-based systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to FPGA engineers.
  • Drive system-level decisions in collaboration with RF, hardware, software, and system teams.
  • Develop advanced DSP algorithms and integrate high-speed data paths and interfaces.
  • Lead the full development lifecycle, including implementation, validation, lab bring-up, debugging, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in FPGA design and development.
  • Strong expertise in DSP and proficiency in VHDL, Verilog, and/or SystemVerilog.
  • Deep knowledge of SERDES, transceivers, clocking architectures, and high-speed link debugging.
  • Fluent English, combined with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
