In one of the divers international locations - in this case in Bucharest / Romania the following position is available:
YOUR JOB:
- Guiding the technical aspects in the structuring of project financing through equity, mezzanine capital, and/or bank financing for photovoltaic projects.
- Coordinate and support in due diligence processes for the respective projects financing.
- Coordination and support of the transaction process including roadmap until integration into the inventory.
- Conduct due diligence on potential financing partners and evaluate risk factors associated with financing agreements.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
- Lead communication and project management of project finance processes.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with financing conditions.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Completed technical, commercial or law studies.
- Experience in a similar role or in the energy/real estate/investment industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Romanian language on mother tongue level, solid knowledge of English (oral and written), German is a plus.
- Independent, structured and accurate working style.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
- Friendly, outgoing and team-oriented character.
- High service orientation & proactivity.
