Solution Manager Integrated Security Services (m/f/d)

As the Solution Manager for Converged Security, you will own the end-to-end strategy, development, and market rollout of integrated Physical/OT/IT security services. You’ll lead customer co-innovation, manage projects and products, and drive go-to-market activities, thought leadership, and scalable deployments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategy & roadmap: Developing a vision and roadmap for integrated security services (physical, OT, IT); conducting market and competitive analyses to prioritise offerings.
  • Customer co-innovation: Leading design thinking workshops and co-innovation sessions to identify customer needs and pain points and subsequent implementation in pilot projects; working closely with customers, teams and partners to optimise solutions.
  • Solution development & implementation: Specification of technical requirements for dashboards, analyses, automated workflows, etc. as well as participation in the integration of sensor data, OT telemetry and IT security feeds. Overseeing pilot projects including planning, conducting trials, obtaining feedback and ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g. GDPR, NIS2, industry standards).
  • Project & product management: managing interdisciplinary teams using agile or hybrid methods; managing backlogs, sprints, releases, budgets and schedules as well as KPI tracking (acceptance, ROI, time-to-value, customer satisfaction).
  • Go-to-market & enablement: development of market entry strategies for target segments (e.g. critical infrastructure, healthcare). Creation of sales and marketing materials and training of internal teams (sales, presales, services) and partners, implementation of digital campaigns and webinars.
  • Thought leadership & external engagement: External positioning of the company as a thought leader in the field of convergent security.
  • Rollout & scaling: Planning scalable rollouts and establishing continuous improvement processes.

Key Qualifications

  • Education/Certifications: Degree in engineering / computer science / security (Master’s a plus). Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PSP, CISA, OT security) are advantageous.
  • Domain Expertise: 5+ years in product/solution management or consulting across physical security, OT/ICS security, and/or IT/cybersecurity.
  • Design Thinking: Experience facilitating workshops, translating insights into POCs/pilots.
  • Project/Product Management: Strong planning, agile experience, tools such as Jira/Confluence.
  • GTM & Marketing: Skilled in GTM planning, collateral creation, pricing strategies for multi-domain services.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal/written English and German language skills; comfortable speaking at industry events and at workshops.
  • Analytical & Business Acumen: Data-driven mindset, financial modeling (TCO/ROI), P&L awareness.
