What We’re Looking For:
- Java & Microservices Mastery: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- React Proficiency: 3+ years of experience developing responsive, high-quality front-end applications with React.
- Fluency in English: Ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken), as all project communication will be in English.
- Remote-Ready: Experience working effectively in a 100% remote environment and delivering quality results independently.
Nice to Have:
- Banking or Financial Services Experience: Previous experience in the banking or financial industry is highly valued.
- CI/CD & REST API Knowledge: Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment, containerization, and RESTful APIs will give you an edge.
