Team Lead Architecture DACH (m/f/d)

As Team Lead Architecture for Germany, Switzerland and Austria, you will not only shape high-quality charging networks, but also lead, coach and grow a talented team of architects in these three markets. You bring together architectural excellence and people-centred leadership to create innovative charging stations that set new standards in design, functionality and customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and develop the Location Design team across the DACH region
  • Set the strategic architectural direction for the DACH location portfolio, adapting design solutions to local requirements and regulatory environments
  • Act as the primary contact for key stakeholders, including external authorities, government bodies, internal teams, and external partners
  • Collaborate closely with Expansion Management, Construction Management, and Public Affairs teams
  • Continuously improve workflows, establish best practices, and ensure efficiency and quality from early site development through execution planning
  • Encourage your team to work with new tools and innovative methods

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification in architecture, civil engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in architecture, infrastructure design, or related fields
  • Team lead experience and a collaborative, empathetic, and empowering leadership style
  • Openness to working with BIM software such as Revit
  • Knowledge of local building regulations, permitting processes, approval procedures, and regional requirements
  • Able to communicate with government officials, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders
  • High motivation to drive forward the energy transition and lead teams to meaningful, real-world successes
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region
  • Fluent in both German and English; French is an advantage

  • Salary: From CHF 120,000 gross per year, with willingness to overpay depending on qualification and experience
