This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our product architecture, improving system quality, and mentoring a high-performing development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and development teams to identify and mitigate risks such as technical debt, system downtime, and security concerns.
- Ensure consistent tracking and reporting of project deliveries and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
- Adapt Agile/XP practices to the needs of the project and lead design reviews to uphold system quality.
- Mentor and guide team members, set clear performance expectations, and foster their career development.
Key Qualifications
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular, .NET Core, and C#.
- Hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and architectural best practices.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and effective testing strategies.
- Proven track record of leading Agile teams, managing timelines, and aligning technical delivery with business goals.
