Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:
a. Create and implement training programs tailored to various roles within the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, and more.
b. Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training needs and design curriculum accordingly.
c. Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and aligned with the resort's high standards.

2. Training Delivery:
a. Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for employees, both new hires and existing team members.
b. Utilize a variety of training methods, including workshops, on-the-job training, and e-learning, to cater to different learning styles.
c. Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed.

3. Skill Enhancement:
a. Focus on enhancing employees' skills and competencies in areas such as guest service, communication, problem-solving, and job-specific tasks.
b. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees who require additional guidance.
c. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among resort staff.

4. Performance Evaluation:
a. Collaborate with department heads to track and evaluate the performance of employees who have undergone training.
b. Provide feedback and recommendations for further development and improvement.
c. Monitor and report on the impact of training programs on the overall guest experience.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field. Certification in training and development is a plus.
- Extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of excellence.
- Strong training and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in training software and tools to enhance training delivery and evaluation.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure training programs run smoothly.
- Adaptability to customize training programs for different roles and departments.
