Role Overview
The Modern Workplace Product Owner is responsible for the global ownership, implementation, and evolution of videoconferencing, meeting room, and smart office solutions across the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for videoconferencing, meeting room, and smart workplace platforms.
- Manage business demand, translate needs into features and user stories, prioritize the backlog, and manage dependencies and risks across squads.
- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional product squad, steering delivery while ensuring effective collaboration.
- Define product vision and roadmap, track KPIs, ensure value realization and ROI, and maintain alignment with the product and service catalog.
- Oversee incident management (L2/L3), resource planning, capacity forecasting, and budget tracking for the product.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in exposure to videoconferencing, meeting rooms, and smart office solutions, ideally in global or complex environments.
- Education in IT, Engineering, Business, or similar fields is valued; Product Owner certification is a plus but not required.
- Solid understanding of PO responsibilities and familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a result-driven mindset, enabling effective stakeholder management, prioritization, multitasking, and delivery of outcomes.
- Experience leading teams delivering or supporting videoconferencing and collaboration platforms, including incident resolution and secure, compliant solutions.
