We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Consultant to drive digital transformation across sales and marketing processes within a global industrial leader. You'll play a key role in shaping and implementing end-to-end digital solutions to enhance customer experience and business performance.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to balance business acumen with technical understanding — especially around CRM, e-commerce, and data-driven decision-making. Experience in the chemical industry will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Designing and rolling out Market-to-Order processes (lead/opportunity management, pricing, quoting, e-commerce tools).
- Leading CRM and digital tool integration to support automation and seamless order handling.
- Collaborating with regional business units on global marketing initiatives and customer-centric projects.
- Deploying AI-powered decision support tools for commercial teams.
- Supporting teams in leveraging data analytics, transparency, and tools like PowerBI or machine learning.
Requirements
- Degree in business, engineering, IT, or a data-focused field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital consulting or business-focused digital roles.
- Hands-on with CRM systems and digital solutions (preferably including ProCVQ or Salesforce).
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and cloud-based development.
- Fluent in English (additional languages like German are a plus).
- Ability to navigate both business and technical conversations with ease.
- Experience in the chemical industry or similar sectors is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, project ownership, and a collaborative mindset.
