For our client, we are looking for a talented Senior Data Engineer to help build and maintain a world-class data infrastructure. You will work in a dynamic, international environment where your expertise directly empowers better decisions, faster innovation, and smarter farming solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and cloud-based data infrastructure.
- Extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from multiple sources into Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and security across multiple systems.
- Creating and managing data models, schemas, and structures to optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Automating ETL processes and routine tasks to improve performance and efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Monitoring data systems proactively to identify and resolve any performance issues or anomalies.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the data engineering space and driving innovation.
Your Profile
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, SQL Server, Azure DevOps.
- Programming languages: Python, SQL
- Familiar with Data Warehouse and Data Lake architectures.
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with a consulting mindset.
- A collaborative and innovative spirit, with the ability to work across international teams.
