We are looking for an experienced Workforce Software Consultant with a strong focus on Time and Attendance solutions to join a long-term project for a client in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with implementations in Brazil and a deep understanding of local compliance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation of Workforce Software Time and Attendance modules.
- Configure and customize the solution to align with client-specific processes and legal standards in Brazil.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and ensure functional delivery.
- Provide post-go-live support, resolve issues, and deliver enhancements when needed.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with global and local teams to meet delivery milestones.
Required Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience with Workforce Software Time and Attendance implementations.
- Mandatory experience with projects in Brazil and knowledge of Brazilian labor compliance.
- Strong understanding of time management and attendance tracking processes.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP HR or HCM systems.
- Background in the industrial sector.
- Degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
