Our client is looking for experienced professionals to join their team in the technology sector. The role involves working on identity and access management solutions, offering a chance to be part of innovative projects in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and administration of Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Work in close cooperation with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.
- Oversee the monitoring, troubleshooting, and support of Entra environments during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00).
- Engage in on-call rotations, if required, to provide necessary support beyond regular hours.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and support processes utilizing ITSM tools.
Required Skills:
- At least 3 years of practical experience in managing and developing Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong understanding of best practices in identity and access management.
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and Jira is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently or within a team.
