About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Data Analyst / Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with advanced data delivery. In this role, you’ll oversee a strategic data initiative aimed at streamlining reporting and integrating modern BI and AI tools for greater efficiency and clarity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and manage data and analytics workstreams end-to-end
- Collaborate with SMEs and technical teams to shape scope and solutions
- Document requirements, data flows, and compliance deliverables
- Coordinate development teams and drive delivery timelines
- Report project progress to senior stakeholders and mitigate risks
- Ensure outputs align with governance and regulatory standards
Core Areas of Expertise
- Data lifecycle management and quality assurance
- Requirements elicitation and functional design documentation
- SQL for data interrogation and validation
- Stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting
- Experience with Power BI, data modeling, and AI integration (preferred)
What We’re Looking For
- University degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science or related field)
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis and/or business analysis
- Demonstrated success managing data-focused projects or workstreams
- Strong leadership in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in transforming business needs into technical outputs
- Fluent English required
