Our client, a leading multinational company, is seeking an Accountant experienced in Romanian accounting and SAP for their Afumati location. The role is offered in a hybrid work format.
Key responsibilities:
• Daily booking of documents
• Intercompany reconciliation and clearing
• Liquidity/financial planning
• Payments
• Check of sales/purchase journals for local purpose
• Check of travel allowance and centralization of employee's timesheets + meal ticket situation
• Various tests in regards with current and upcoming implementations
Requirements:
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Romanian statutory accounting
• Strong knowledge of Romanian accounting standards
• Hands-on experience working with SAP
• Advanced English skills – both spoken and written
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently
