We’re looking for a seasoned professional who blends deep DevOps and SaaS knowledge with strong sales acumen and direct client engagement. You’ll own the technical pre-sales lifecycle across EMEA. If you enjoy combining hands-on engineering with business impact, guiding customers through value-focused evaluations, and shaping modern software delivery—this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery, craft solution designs, and deliver compelling product demos and proof-of-value engagements across EMEA.
- Translate business goals into technical architectures for secure, scalable software delivery in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Own the technical deal strategy end-to-end, collaborating with account executives while maintaining solution leadership and continuity into post-sales.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and technical questionnaires; tailor content to varied technical and executive audiences.
- Capture customer feedback and market signals to inform roadmap priorities and improve adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years in technical pre-sales/solutions engineering (SaaS and DevOps contexts preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Linux, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and artifact management; proven pipeline design and implementation.
- Practical expertise with at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with hybrid architectures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey technical value to technical and business stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset with proactive ownership of outcomes and strong collaboration with sales teams.
- English fluency required.
