Job Summary:
The Project Manager serves as the client's primary representative, holding overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and handover of a luxury residential development. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and manage the relationship with main contractors and design firms to ensure project objectives are achieved within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with the company's vision for luxury living. Reports To: Director of Projects / Head of Real Estate Development
    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Develop and manage the overall Project Execution Plan, including scope, budget, schedule and risk management strategy for a large-scale residential community.
    • Lead the procurement and negotiation of major contracts with consultants, main Contractors and suppliers of high-end materials.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including senior management, investors and future homeowner representatives.
    • Oversee the entire project budget, approve major expenditures and manage the project's financial performance.
    • Implement and enforce stringent project governance and quality control structures befitting a luxury brand.
    • Chair key project meetings and provide regular, comprehensive progress reports to the executive leadership.
    • Manage project risks, with a particular focus on brand reputation, quality control and timely delivery.
    • Ensure the project is delivered in full compliance with all health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
    • Lead the project team, including the Construction Manager and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil or Architectural preferred) or Construction Management. An MBA or Master's is a plus.
    • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
    • Previous experience with CSI Format.
    • Minimum of 20 years of experience in managing large-scale, high-end residential or luxury hospitality projects, with significant experience on the client/Contractor's side.
    • Demonstrable experience managing projects with budgets
    • Expert knowledge of contract law, procurement, and project controls in a real estate development context.
    • A good command of spoken and written English is required.
