We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven professional who can lead customer renewals and retention efforts across enterprise accounts in the DACH region. If you enjoy managing complex negotiations, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring seamless contract renewals—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full renewal cycle for enterprise accounts in the DACH territory, ensuring contracts are renewed on time, accurately, and under optimal terms.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions with stakeholders, procurement, and legal teams to secure successful renewals.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of renewal pipeline and outcomes to support business planning.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and partner with account teams to capture growth.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand needs, address challenges, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM, including license terms, expiration dates, and contacts.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in renewals, account management, or enterprise sales within SaaS or technology.
  • Proven success negotiating and closing enterprise contracts, with strong commercial acumen and experience navigating complex procurement processes.
  • Track record of exceeding renewal and retention quotas.
  • Excellent time and process management; ability to run multiple contract cycles in parallel.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in English and German required.
