We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support and expand our business in Spain, with a focus on providing expert advice and solutions to customers in the electrical engineering sector.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential new clients across Spain
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new business opportunities
  • Work with clients aiming for project-specific solutions
  • Organise and lead product demonstrations and technical training sessions
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry-specific events
  • Lead the business in Spain in cooperation with the Company Headquarters and work with a small team

What We’re Looking For

  • A completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (Bachelor, Master or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in direct sales within a similar industry
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-driven with a high sense of personal responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative sales approach
  • Fluent Spanish (native level) and strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Based in Madrid or in Northern/Central Spain
  • Willingness to frequent travel within Spain (approx. 60%) and occasionally across Europe
  • Possession of a valid Category B driving licence
