Your Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives in the retail sector.
- Lead large-scale consulting engagements from strategy to delivery.
- Apply retail knowledge to address omnichannel, supply chain, and customer experience challenges.
- Define and implement technology roadmaps across Cloud, AI, Data & Analytics, and Security.
- Own client relationships and drive business growth through consultative selling.
- Mentor and inspire consulting teams in a collaborative and agile environment.
Your Profile
- 10+ years of consulting experience with proven leadership in enterprise transformation.
- Strong expertise in the retail industry and clear understanding of market trends.
- Deep knowledge in at least one technology pillar (Cloud, AI, Data, Security).
- Track record of consultative selling and closing large deals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels.
- Fluent in English and German..
