Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives in the Travel & Transport sector, guiding them through transformation agendas.
  • Lead and deliver large-scale consulting engagements from strategy through execution, with focus on cloud modernization and IT operating model design.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXO-level clients, ensuring tangible business outcomes.
  • Drive business growth through consultative selling, including opportunity identification, proposals, and deal negotiations.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the Cloud practice and represent the brand in the market.
  • Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering innovation and high performance.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of management and/or technology consulting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or partner role.
  • Deep expertise in the Travel & Transport industry and understanding of sector-specific trends.
  • Strong background in IT strategy, cloud modernization, enterprise architecture, and transformation programs.
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and revenue growth.
  • Established network and credibility with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
