Your Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives in the Travel & Transport sector, guiding them through transformation agendas.
- Lead and deliver large-scale consulting engagements from strategy through execution, with focus on cloud modernization and IT operating model design.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXO-level clients, ensuring tangible business outcomes.
- Drive business growth through consultative selling, including opportunity identification, proposals, and deal negotiations.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the Cloud practice and represent the brand in the market.
- Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering innovation and high performance.
Your Profile
- 10+ years of management and/or technology consulting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or partner role.
- Deep expertise in the Travel & Transport industry and understanding of sector-specific trends.
- Strong background in IT strategy, cloud modernization, enterprise architecture, and transformation programs.
- Proven track record of consultative selling and revenue growth.
- Established network and credibility with C-suite stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
