Head of Sales (m/f/d)

To ensure competent and reliable customer service as well as further market development, we are filling a leadership position in sales.

Your responsibilities:

  • Business Development and Management: You will support the establishment of a new business division with the goal of expanding sales sustainably in Slovakia.
  • Expansion of Product Portfolio: You will bring new products to the construction machinery division and explore new fields of implementation.
  • Collaboration with Product Management: To successfully shape the product portfolio, you will maintain close communication with both the in-house technical product management team and the manufacturer.
  • Customer Service and Client Acquisition: You will assist the sales team in managing and expanding the customer base, conducting market analysis, and represent the company with expertise and dedication. Establish management structures to enable achieving market share and revenue targets
  • Team Leadership and Coordination: You will lead the field sales and service team, coordinate customer inquiries, and work closely with the parent company to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Your qualifications:

  • Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills: You are a persuasive team player and enjoy working with customers and colleagues in the sales and after-sales areas.
  • Technical Expertise: You have solid experience in the field of construction machinery technology and have already worked successfully in the field. Your technical understanding and enthusiasm for the construction industry enable you to convincingly convey the benefits of safe and efficient machinery.
  • Self-Motivation and Commitment: You are highly motivated to continuously develop yourself and actively contribute to advancing the company.
