The Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead and grow the Morocco operations. This pivotal position is responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, and capability development across field and back-office teams. You will oversee all aspects of regional operations — from financial performance and client satisfaction to process optimisation and team transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational & Financial Performance
  • Full P&L ownership for the Morocco region
  • Lead cost optimisation and profitability initiatives
  • Drive automation and process improvement projects
  • Strengthen middle management for long-term performance stability
  • Efficiency & Team Leadership
  • Maximise utilisation and efficiency across inspection and audit teams
  • Enhance planning, scheduling, and reporting systems
  • Build a learning culture with structured training for inspectors and auditors
  • Develop middle managers to take active client-facing roles
  • Customer Satisfaction & Quality
  • Lead customer onboarding, SOP validation, and training sessions
  • Ensure best-in-class service delivery and claims ratio below 0.2%
  • Drive continuous improvement and field force transformation (QC → QA → QE)
  • Technical & Strategic Excellence
  • Build expert technical teams aligned with the company’s sales and lab strategy
  • Champion new service innovations in quality assurance
  • Collaborate with global leadership on strategic planning and systems development

Candidate Profile

  • We’re looking for a high-calibre, internationally minded operations leader with deep expertise in quality inspection and team management, ideally within textiles or related manufacturing industries.
  • Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in a senior quality inspection or operations leadership role
  • Strong P&L and cost management background
  • Deep understanding of audit/inspection processes and scheduling systems
  • Experience developing diverse, multicultural teams
  • Solid stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English required; French highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
