For their team in Montenegro, we are seeking a business development oriented Sales Executive to drive innovation, lead high-impact projects, and expand our client’s services portfolio across Central and Southeast Europe. Based in Podgorica (Montenegro) this strategic leadership role is a rare opportunity to shape the future of digital transformation.

About the Role

As the Digital Transformation Director /Sales Executive you will be the cornerstone of our client’s business unit, overseeing business development, team leadership, and delivery excellence You will work closely with key stakeholders across Europe, with the freedom and responsibility to craft strategies that elevate client’s business to new heights.

Your Mission

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Business Unit
  • Lead and inspire a team
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
  • Stay at the forefront of IT infrastructure, business applications trends and continuously innovate service offerings
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven leadership experience in managing business units within IT companies is desirable
    • Strong leadership experience and extensive business development responsibility
    • Full P&L oversight and backgrounds in the business applications segment
    • Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise systems is desirable but not mandatory
    • Strong business acumen with a track record of growing revenue and building strategic partnerships
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a high level of English proficience
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment
