Our client, Aviagen® stands at the forefront of poultry genetics, pioneering research, and innovation on a global scale. As global poultry revenues rise and market opportunities continue to expand, Aviagen is making significant investments to build world-class sites and facilities that will support long-term growth and industry leadership.

As part of its ongoing expansion in the TMEA region, Aviagen is establishing a new world-class operation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) as Aviagen’s first direct investment. The development will include farms, hatchery, feed mill, laboratory, and a decontamination unit, strategically located across multiple sites.

We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to play a critical role in establishing and leading Aviagen’s HR operations in Saudi Arabia. The role leads the setup and growth of HR function for Aviagen’s new Saudi investment. This is a hands-on, strategic role for an experienced HR generalist who can balance local needs with global standards, drive organizational development, and support a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and implement HR policies, systems, and processes from the ground up
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and retention
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and company policies
  • Advise leaders and employees through change and growth
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits programs
  • Use HR analytics to support business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s/HR certification will be a plus)
  • 7+ years’ HR experience, including HR setup or transformation
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and employment practices.
  • Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations preferred
  • Fluent in English & Arabic; strong communication skills
