Responsibilities
- Support senior consultants in full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Actively search for candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks to build strong talent pipelines.
- Screen CVs, assess candidate suitability, and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth communication flow.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and publishing vacancies on ISG platforms and media.
- Contribute to market research, mapping potential clients and competitors in designated sectors.
- Support business development and partnership efforts with follow-ups and candidate outreach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or similar fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles (internship experience accepted).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; other EU languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with attention to detail.
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Motivated to learn, grow professionally, and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Proactive, result-oriented attitude, and interest in executive search or international recruitment.
