Our client, a leading innovator in the pharmaceutical sector, is seeking an AI Agent Developer to design and implement intelligent systems that enhance decision‑making, research insights, and productivity across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation tools tailored to pharmaceutical data and workflows.
- Develop and optimize natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning models for internal and customer‑facing solutions.
- Integrate AI components into existing digital platforms and R&D tools.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to ensure scalable and compliant applications.
- Stay updated with the latest advances in generative AI and autonomous agent frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in developing AI models and intelligent agents.
- Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API.
- Experience with cloud deployment (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization (Docker).
- Good understanding of data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI principles—preferably in a healthcare or pharma context.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; fluent English required (Spanish is an advantage).
