Sales Manager Bulgaria

We are seeking a proactive and technically minded Sales Manager to drive business development and manage partner relations for our agricultural machinery portfolio across Bulgaria. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of modern farming technologies and machinery applications. This role is key in promoting innovative, efficient, and sustainable agricultural solutions for customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for distributors, dealers, and key agricultural customers in Bulgaria.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for agricultural equipment and related systems.
  • Provide technical consultation and support during the sales process, including machinery specifications and system planning.
  • Organize and deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and field days for partners and end-users.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Prepare customized commercial offers, proposals, and project quotations.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies influencing agricultural machinery sales.
  • Coordinate the company’s presence at agricultural exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and market insights through the company’s CRM system.
  • Regularly participate in internal training to stay up to date on product innovations and market developments.

Your Profile

  • University degree in agriculture, agricultural engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in technical or machinery sales, preferably in the agricultural sector.
  • Strong understanding of farming practices, machinery systems, and agricultural production processes.
  • Fluent in Bulgarian, with good communication skills in English or German.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and capable of building long-term professional relationships.
