As they enter their next phase of expansion, we are seeking a Company Manager who not only brings deep experience in the technical gas industry, but also understands the unique dynamics and opportunities of the Turkish market.

Responsibilities

• Profit & Loss Leadership: Take full responsibility for area P&L, achieving sales and cost targets in close collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.
• Team Management & Development: Lead, support, and develop multidisciplinary teams (sales, technical, operations), ensuring high performance and compliance with company standards.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including technical activities at customer sites, plant construction, and technical assistance, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Strategic Planning & Market Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing to draft annual action plans, define the marketing mix, and enhance the company’s image and market share.
• Continuous Performance Evaluation: Conduct ongoing evaluations with HR and Legal Affairs to verify the quality and quantity of work performed, and coordinate with logistics for non-standard customer delivery requests.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the technical gas, chemical, or industrial sectors, with a minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, chemistry, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are considered an advantage.
• Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with international stakeholders.
• Technical & Commercial Acumen: Solid understanding of gas production, distribution, and business management, with a proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
• Language & International Exposure: Fluency in Turkish and English is essential. Experience working in multinational environments or with international teams is highly preferred.
