- Customer & Credit Management: Ensure effective, timely management of all assigned customers in your territory, including diligent credit oversight and relationship building.
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive your team to meet or exceed annual sales budgets by actively engaging in the market, promoting gas products, services, and application technologies, and securing new business while retaining existing clients.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance across business lines, promptly report deviations from targets to management, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Team Development & Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring team members, especially less experienced staff, and promoting the transfer of skills to maximize team effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to develop annual action plans, define the marketing mix, and ensure all activities align with company image, product quality, and cost budgets.
Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the technical gas, chemical, or industrial sectors, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and negotiating contracts in a competitive market.
- Team Leadership & Development: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop sales teams, including training less experienced staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Language & Communication: Fluency in Turkish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in multinational or cross-functional teams is highly valued.
