Responsibilities

  • Sales & Promotion: Plan, promote, and manage sales activities for liquid and compressed gases, related systems, and advanced technological solutions to industrial customers in your assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and market trends, reporting customer initiatives and opportunities to management.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including Technical Gas Innovation, Industrial Applications & Systems, and Service Teams—to deliver tailored solutions and technical support.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to promote products and services and expand your professional network.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the technical gas, chemicals, or industrial sectors. Experience with industrial clients is highly valued.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Sales & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and present technical solutions clearly.
  • Technical Aptitude: Willingness and ability to learn about technical gas products, applications, and industry trends.
  • Language & Mobility: Fluency in Turkish; English proficiency is a plus. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
