As their trusted recruitment partner, we are seeking a skilled Technical Manager to lead and develop technical operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and coordinate Field Service Engineers and technical staff to ensure the successful design, installation, commissioning, and testing of gas systems at customer sites, as well as providing high-quality post-sales technical support.
- Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure all technical activities comply with Turkish regulations and international standards, with a strong focus on workplace safety. Oversee the training and instruction of customers and staff regarding the safe operation and maintenance of installed systems.
- Customer Technical Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers in your region, delivering prompt and effective solutions to technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and other departments to facilitate information flow, share technical know-how, and ensure seamless project execution and customer installations.
- Budget & Performance Management: Achieve technical and operational targets as defined with management, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical management, field service, or engineering roles within the industrial gases, chemicals, or related sectors. Experience managing technical teams is essential.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Technical & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of gas systems, industrial installations, and Turkish/EU safety and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop technical teams. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and customers.
- Language & Mobility:Fluency in Turkish; proficiency in English is highly valued. Willingness to travel within Turkey as required.
