Administrative Specialist – Technical Gas Industry

Our client is a leading international company with a strong and growing presence in Turkey’s technical gas sector.
As their trusted recruitment partner, we are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support their operations and finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Accounting & Financial Administration: Manage journal entries, process expense reports, and handle invoicing and accounting for both customers and suppliers. Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of all financial transactions.
  • Communication & Coordination: Maintain professional telephone and written contact with customers, suppliers, peripheral units, and the Corporate Administration and Finance Management.
  • Document & Archive Management: Organize and manage archives and filing systems (both digital and physical), draft correspondence, prepare documentation for signature, and ensure the secure and systematic storage of all records.
  • Administrative Support: Keep diaries updated, organize travel logistics and meetings, and record sales and purchase documents (orders, delivery notes, invoices) using the company’s IT applications.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure the correct archiving and updating of documentation (manuals, procedures, standards, circulars, and third-party communications) in line with company quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or office support roles, ideally within an industrial or technical environment.
  • Education: High school diploma required; a degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting or ERP software. Strong data entry and document management skills.
  • Organizational & Communication Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish. English proficiency is a plus.
  • Teamwork & Initiative: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting colleagues.
