Responsibilities
During your internship, you will gain hands-on experience and support both Recruitment and Business Development activities, contributing directly to ISG's international growth.
- Creating and managing job postings across various roles
- Sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive search strategies
- Conducting initial interviews and supporting consultants throughout the full recruitment process
- Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking systems to ensure data accuracy
- Identifying potential new clients, partners, and business opportunities
- Assisting with outreach and marketing activities to support the expansion of ISG's international client base
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Contributing to international growth initiatives and helping strengthen ISG's global network

What You Bring
- A strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Management, and Business Development
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish or German are a strong plus)
- An organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
