Agile Coach

About the role
Our client is a global reference in advanced digital solutions for the industrial sector. Their Software & Solutions division builds a modern software ecosystem that connects online sales, production workflows and end-to-end operational processes for thousands of users worldwide. We are seeking an Agile Coach to support this digital transformation and enable teams to deliver high-quality, high-impact software products.

The Agile Coach will guide teams and leaders in adopting agile methodologies, strengthening collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys enabling high-performing teams and fostering an agile culture within complex and fast-evolving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor teams and leaders in agile practices and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, training sessions and workshops for capability building.
  • Support Product Owners and Scrum Masters in backlog management, prioritization and delivery planning.
  • Identify blockers, process gaps and improvement opportunities; drive data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders to foster alignment and transparency.
  • Support the adoption of agile tools, metrics and reporting to enhance predictability and delivery efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and customer-centric delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Senior Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks and scaling models (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Lean).
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in software development environments.
  • Ability to lead change, influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
  • Relevant certifications are valued (CSM, PSM, ICP-ACC, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, etc.).
