ISG Spain seeks a Growth & B2B Marketing Specialist to drive inbound leads for our HR Consulting services, targeting companies in Spain. This role complements our outbound sales by building scalable content, SEO, and automation systems.

Role Overview

Lead demand generation through growth hacking, content strategies, and B2B campaigns focused on Madrid's tech hiring needs, such as cloud and DevOps roles. Report to the Country Manager; partner with SDRs to nurture MQLs into client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop growth-focused content: Madrid tech hiring reports, case studies, and lead magnets like "2026 Tech Talent Trends."
  • Execute B2B channels: SEO/SEM for "tech recruiters Madrid," LinkedIn Ads targeting active hirers, and email automation via HubSpot.
  • Optimize funnels: A/B test campaigns, run webinars on freelance-to-permanent strategies, and track MQL-to-SQL conversion with Google Analytics.
  • Analyze and iterate: Monthly ROI reports, integrating inbound data with outbound pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in growth marketing or B2B demand gen, preferably tech/recruitment; HubSpot/Marketo certified.
  • Expertise in SEO, content strategy, LinkedIn Ads, email nurturing, and CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce); fluent Spanish/English.
  • Proven B2B results (e.g., 20%+ lead growth); familiar with GDPR and Madrid market dynamics.
  • Bonus: Agency experience or knowledge of talent trends like RPO and nearshoring.
