Our client is a company operating in the industrial and commercial refrigeration and air conditioning sector, specialized in the execution and maintenance of technical installations for industrial, logistics, and commercial environments.
We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in accounting to take on the accounting management of the holding company and its subsidiaries. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of financial information, regulatory compliance, and the accurate preparation of reports, contributing to strategic decision-making within the group.
Main responsibilities
- Management of general accounting and monthly closings in accordance with Spanish GAAP. (PGC)
- Supervision of invoicing, accounts receivable control, collection follow-up, and bad debt management.
- Supplier control and payment management.
- Preparation and submission of tax obligations (VAT, PIT, Corporate Income Tax, among others).
- Periodic bank reconciliations.
- Recording and monitoring of group investments (equity interests and own funds).
- Analysis and review of profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
- Preparation of financial statements and coordination with external auditors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Advanced level of English.
Will be valued
- Previous experience in external auditing.
- Knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience in holding accounting, mergers, and corporate restructuring.
- Knowledge of financial statement consolidation.
- Professional background in Big Four firms.
Required education
University degree or Master’s in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
