What you need to qualify for this job:

  • Several years of experience in the transport industry (fleet manager, dispatcher, driver instructor, former driver)
  • Leadership experience with HGV drivers as well as knowledge of legal frameworks
  • Team involvement with strong communication skills and a coaching mindset
  • Language skills: Czech, English (and German would be an advantage)
  • Target-focused, dedicated, familiar with technical issues and confident with IT

Your tasks at a glance:

  • Ensure the performance level of the fleet in Czechia, including analysis and optimisation
  • Lead and continue to build the Fleet Management team (HGV and driver deployment)
  • Organise driver instruction and training programme (e.g. technical skills, C95, ADR)
  • Monitor driving times and rest periods as well as driver performance and provide technical support for drivers
  • Providing technical support and assistance to drivers
