We are currently seeking a Controlling Executive to join the Management Control team, reporting directly to the Industrial Controlling Manager. This role will focus on pricing, cost control, and profitability analysis, supporting commercial and operational decision-making through robust financial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee pricing processes and product costing for both domestic and export markets.
- Perform cost–price feasibility analyses to support new product development and commercial decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and R&D teams to evaluate pricing strategies and product profitability.
- Monitor product margins, cost structures, and financial performance, providing actionable management insights.
- Prepare and deliver sales performance and profitability reports, highlighting key financial drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Support cost control initiatives and productivity projects through detailed financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in controlling, costing, pricing, or financial analysis.
- Big Four audit experience is required.
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
