Software Engineer

Latvia (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join an innovative Telco Software Development team, working on cutting-edge telecom solutions in a greenfield environment for International company in the satellite telecommunications sector developing next-generation connectivity infrastructure.

If you enjoy building systems from scratch, taking real ownership, and seeing your code deployed into live network infrastructure, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deploy telecom software components.
  • Write clean, high-performance and maintainable code.
  • Troubleshoot issues across the stack (performance, protocols, deployments).
  • Contribute to architecture, code reviews and agile delivery.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks and containerized environments.

Requirements

  • Experience in software engineering with C/C++ or Go (Rust is a plus).
  • Experience with Python or Bash and Linux environments.
  • Strong fundamentals in systems, performance and networking (TCP/IP).
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD and modern development tools.
  • Ownership mindset and good communication skills (B2+ English).
