We are looking for a Cybersecurity Coordinator to manage and develop the security of our software architectures and business processes in a high-tech environment. In this role, you will act as the interface between development, management, and regulatory requirements.

Your Tasks

  • Security Engineering: Supporting our developers in the implementation of secure software architectures – particularly with regard to the requirements of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
  • Processes & Reviews: Collaborating on the integration of security requirements into the software development process, conducting risk analyses, and assessing security-relevant aspects in software projects.
  • ISMS & Risk Management: Building, implementing, and further developing an ISMS (e.g., according to ISO 27001) as well as identifying security gaps and deriving appropriate protective measures.
  • Governance & Incident Response: Creating and updating security policies, monitoring compliance, and coordinating the investigation of security incidents.
  • Consulting & Reporting: Directly advising the management level on the status of information security and performing internal security audits.

Your Profile

  • Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Software Engineering, or a comparable course of study; alternatively, a vocational qualification in an IT profession with comparable experience.
  • Expertise: Sound knowledge of information security, IT infrastructures, and relevant standards (ISO 27001) as well as interest in regulatory requirements like the CRA.
  • Technology: Basic knowledge of programming and a deep understanding of the business processes of the respective institution.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, high readiness to learn, team spirit, and a high degree of confidentiality while reporting directly to top management.
  • Languages: Proficient in English; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage due to the international group environment.
