We are currently supporting a leading international technology-driven organization in the growth of its ServiceNow practice. As part of this expansion, we are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals across both Architecture and Development functions.

ServiceNow Solution Architects

We're interested in professionals who can lead the design and evolution of enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable and innovative ServiceNow architectures.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Define platform strategy, governance and best practices.
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Support large-scale implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of ServiceNow experience.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules and platform capabilities.
  • Experience leading end-to-end solution design.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD or CTA are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

ServiceNow Developers / Engineers

We are also looking for hands-on ServiceNow Developers who enjoy building, configuring and enhancing solutions within the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Build and enhance Service Catalog, Request Management and Case Management solutions.
  • Create custom scripts, business rules and reusable components.
  • Develop Service Portal widgets and user-facing functionalities.
  • Implement integrations with external systems and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize and support platform enhancements.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API and REST integrations.
  • Experience with Service Portal development and workflow automation.
  • Understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
  • CSA certification is highly desirable; additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
