Area Business Developer

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Area Business Developer to support the growth of our franchise network and key account business across Bosnia and Serbia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new franchise partners within the assigned territory.
  • Develop business opportunities in HoReCa, At Work, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct regular visits to franchise and key account customers.
  • Present and introduce new products and SKUs.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and execution of commercial agreements at customer locations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor franchise partner performance and ROI.
  • Identify business trends and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor payment status and logistics performance.
  • Execute regular key account store visits and ensure implementation of agreed execution standards.
  • Cooperate with marketing and sales colleagues on commercial activities and campaigns.
  • Provide regular market and customer feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
  • Business-level Bosnian/Serbian language skills.
  • Business-level English language skills.
  • Degree in Economics or Business is an advantage.
