The Role
- Connecting role between global Headquarters and Spanish operations.
- Responsibility for the Spanish subsidiary.
- Ability to give strategic direction.
- Representation of the company in industry and public context.
- Overseeing of corporate and central divisions.
- Overall responsibility for driving growth and cultivating workplace wellbeing, strengthening employee engagement across the organization.
- Financial responsibility.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in leading SMEs in Spain.
- Background in executive positions within industrial companies.
- Solution-oriented leader with a strategic mindset.
- Target-driven with the ability to manage teams and implement strategies.
- Good communication skills.
Languages
- Spanish (native or full professional proficiency)
- English (full professional proficiency)
- Other languages are considered an advantage.
