Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Workforce Management (WFM), HR IT systems, Time & Attendance, or Operations Management.
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of German/EU working time regulations, collective agreements, enterprise HR/ERP systems, and integration architectures (APIs, data models).
  • Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, strategic execution skills, high regulatory sensitivity, and an entrepreneurial SaaS mindset.
  • Communication: Clear, effective communicator able to bridge technical (R&D) and non-technical (Legal, Sales, Executives) stakeholders.
  • Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with systems such as SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, Workday, ATOSS, or UKG / Kronos.

Benefits

  • Impact & Growth: Play a crucial role in the development of a company ranked among the Top 5 in its industry, taking on responsible and diverse tasks in a growing medium-sized business.
  • Innovation & Excellence: Work on challenging, modernizing projects in an environment that encourages continuous improvement and personal development.
  • Agile Culture: Become part of an agile, cross-functional, and international team built on mutual respect and trust.

  • Security & Work-Life Balance: Long-term prospects thanks to a permanent employment contract and 30 days of vacation.
